The English Riviera is filled with lots of history, with Agatha Christie, WIlliam of Orange, Napoleon Bonaparte and more all part of the bays past. Combined with some unusual things to see and do.

Ranging from Greenway house *(the former home of Agatha Christie) to Kents Cavern
*(A pre-historic cave) and to the modern Hi-Flyer Baloon on Torre Abbey Gardens.
There is enough here to entertain the most hardened of visitors.

Local Beaches

Churston Cove
(Brixham our closest beach)

Sand and shingle beach with steep footpath access from Churston or Fishcombe. Dogs allowed, swimming safe with care. A popular picnic stop for yachts and a good spot to try snorkeling.
Breakwater Beach
(Brixham) European Blue Flag

Shingle beach right next to the breakwater with ample parking. Swimming safe with care, toilets, cafe and beach shop. This is a popular beach for divers.
Fishcombe Cove
(Brixham, close proximity to the hotel)

Sand and shingle beach with limited parking, dogs allowed, swimming safe with care, toilets, cafe and deckchair/sunbed hire.
